GREAT Morning PEOPLE!

Sometime today, preferably in the AM, I implore you to send a quick text message to somebody in your life and let them know you appreciate them. Try and spend around 2 minutes on this text/email. You can send this message to anybody (mom, dad, sister, brother, close friend, client)! Just make the message as meaningful and from the heart as possible.
The benefits of this short but profoundly impactful exercise is that you will feel all blissed out by sending this message, and the sweetness the individual on the other end of the message experiences is undeniable! Sending a message out of the blue like this has the potential to make their entire week!
Extra Credit: Set a reminder in your phone to do this in the AM for the rest of the week/month/year. 21 days makes a habit. If you keep this up, you might start to experience decreased levels of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm and an increased appreciation for life!
You will be surprised at how great you feel (and the other person feels) after sending the message! These are chaotic and uncertain times and everybody is affected by this differently! We have no idea what somebody else might be going through. This is why it is so important to show up as a positive force for others and be the light we wish to see in the world!
