The Universal Law of Attraction states that the energy you put out will come right back to you. Think abundance, attract abundance. Think lack, attract lack.

One of the biggest things I learned in 2018 is that there is a HUGE difference between knowing and doing. You can listen to all the podcasts, read all the books, and attend all of the seminars, but if you aren’t implementing the tools you are learning, it is all for nothing. True growth, true progress, true leveling up is rooted in doing. So make it a goal this year to practice what you learn. By practicing consistently, you are taking the required steps forward to evolve as a human being.

I used to be a someone who would cut corners on what I thought were small things. I would wash the dishes, but I wouldn’t dry them and put them away. I would fire off the ball when it was snapped during football practice, but if it was thrown to the other side of the field, I’d leisurely walk over there in preparation for the next play. I would complete a task to 75% of my ability and then stop when I thought it was good enough. What I didn’t see at the time was by cutting corners on the small things and not doing them to the best of my ability, I had developed a habit of laziness and mediocrity. Remember, repetition leads to habit. So be conscious of the effort you give in your daily activities.
