You will create and use your username and password to access your workout program and any other services you may have purchased. Additionally, when you purchase a workout or any of our other services, you will be granted access to our ENTIRE Exercise Database which includes exercises, descriptions of how to perform said exercises, and photos of the exercises for the entire body!
