Rob’s mission is to restore, destigmatize and optimize the mental health of the masses. His unique keynotes and workshops aim to address the issues of burnout and stress in Corporate America by providing tangible tools and techniques to alchemize adversity into strength and transformation, both on and off the field.
This course enables the participant to lead a life of joy, fulfillment and contentment while simultaneously minimizing the stress, anxiety and overwhelm that is felt on a daily basis. By the end of this session, individuals will be able to identify stress and its underlying causes; utilize stress to one's advantage in order to thrive in difficult situations; apply best practices for managing stress and anxiety and increase overall sense of well-being; apply the techniques outlined in the course to help manage stress on a day-to-day basis and develop a balanced lifestyle to help cope with the physical, emotional, spiritual and social impacts of stress. This session will also dive into the science of stress and burnout, and how to identify signs and causes. Participants will learn how to recognize and manage responses to stress, and develop helpful strategies on alleviating burnout.
The Power of Relationships (4 Part Series)
Did you know employee satisfaction skyrockets nearly 50% + when a worker develops a close relationship on the job? The single biggest predictor of happiness isn’t money or fame, it’s the quality of our relationships. There is a direct correlation between the quality of our relationships and the quality of our work. Strong relationships are the antidote to burnout. Life is all about relationships. The relationships we have with ourselves, with people close to us, people in our workplace, and even a Higher Power.
We must first master our own minds before we can ever hope or intend to positively impact the lives of others. We do this by starting from the inside and working our way out because we cannot establish any real meaningful relationships without first cultivating a deep and authentic one with ourselves!

Creating an Energetic and Collaborative Workplace Culture
The growth and overall success of your organization is defined by its culture and leadership. A positive workplace culture enhances teamwork, collaboration, employee connection, and morale. Mindful Leadership: Tone at the Top and Creating Self-Awareness
This talk will address the importance of creating an environment where ego battles aren't driving work productivity down and where individuals are willing to table their own self-interests for the good of the team. Attendees will learn how to create an environment where teammates are willing to appreciate the contributions of their co-workers instead of feeling threatened by them which creates space for increased productivity, employee engagement and retention. We will also cover the art of giving and receiving Authentic Feedback and the importance this plays in the workplace.

Thriving Through Adversity: Tapping into Alchemy
Many of us are addicted to our comfort zone. However, as we’ve seen over the last 2 years, change breaks us out of our comfort zone and disrupts our routine, making us feel uncomfortable. Change stays with us throughout our entire life and can lead to immense opportunities and growth! Did you know that in Chinese, “Crisis”, “Change”, and “Opportunity” represent the exact same character? During this course, attendees will learn how to alchemize adversity, pain and discomfort into growth and opportunity. Most of the ancient traditions say that anytime we try to control that which is out of our control, suffering and misery commence. In this course, you will learn to let go of unhealthy attachments so that you can experience equanimity, clarity and more peace. You will learn how to alchemize your suffering into strength. Unlocking the Power Within
An unhealthy and undernourished mind magnifies problems and creates negative thought patterns. During this training, we will discuss the importance of conscious consumption through limiting one’s time on screens and social media. Just as we go to the gym to get physically strong, we must also workout our minds to get mentally strong. Attendees will also learn how to strengthen the muscle of their mind by implementing a consistent morning routine. We will also discuss the positive impact that proper sleep, social connection, exercise, and time out in nature have on one’s mind. By strengthening our mind, we enhance the internal strength required to crush our personal and professional aspirations.
