- Come into a Plank Pose on the ground or your mat with your feet together. Swing your heels towards the right as you begin to pivot in your waist.
- Keep your triceps firming in as you bend your knees and drag them towards your right arm
- Hug your knees in so tight that your right knee touches your left arm. Be sure your inner thighs are hugging. Hold for a breath and then slide back into plank.
- After you bring your knee to the back of your arm, continue to gaze forward and snuggle your knees higher up your arm. Learn forward as you bend your elbows to sweep your feet and shins parallel to the ground.
- Hold for prescribed amount of time and repeat on opposite side.
