- Start lying on your back with your feet out in front of you and hands extended begin your head holding the bottom base of the kettlebell.
- Bring your knees to your elbows, keeping your feet together.
- Keeping your left knee on left elbow, slowly lower your right leg down, extend it out, and lightly tap the ground with your right heel. bring right knee back to elbow and repeat on left side. This is one repitition.
- Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions and sets.
Note* the heavier the kettlebell, the easier the exercise will be. Choose a light kettlebell for added challenge.
